Sometimes I wonder about the amount of harm we’ve done to ourselves as human beings by making us all work in cubicles, office buildings and the like. And how manual labor outside is so demanding, but somehow so fulfilling, too. To breathe fresh air, feel the wind, smell the soil, our bodies working in unison with the land. Sweating, purging waste out of our bodies daily. Â Walking the land, living at a more demanding, yet slower pace of life.
